Founded in 1994, MicroFix provides IT support and Consultancy to Small and Medium size businesses in the Waterford City Area. Our main customer base is made up of companies who have 5+ users, who recognise the importance of a proper IT systems but have have not yet reached the size where full-time IT staff are required.We work in partnership with these clients as a virtual IT department, easily contactable and quick to act. We advise customers on on-going IT strategy, upcoming purchases and find solutions for day to day problems.

Our ongoing aim is to provide our clients with a high level of service delivered in a timely fashion at a fair price.

  • Broadband installation and configuration
  • Carryout a softwares audit to ensure all company software is legally held

We recognise that the data within your company is vital. More important that any of the Hardware or software you have installed. We advise all customers to have comprehensive backup systems and procedure in place that are regioursly implemented. Including nightly, End of Week, end of month and end of year backups some of which   are kept off-site. Hardware and software can be replaced,  this is not always the same for data.
